Dear Joyal Construction Team,
Christie and I wanted to express our sincerest appreciation for the timely and quality construction of our new home at Wyndham at Duran that we took possession of approximately one month ago.
As you are obviously aware of, only three builders are allowed to build in Wyndham at Duran, namely yourselves (Joyal Construction), Burton Homes and the Arthur Rutenberg franchise. We did indeed select Joyal Construction over the other two available construction companies to build our home in Wyndham at Duran, despite some significant social and financial pressure to do otherwise with the other companies approved to build in that community. We made this decision and put our faith in Joyal after spending a significant amount of time investigating and personally seeing the quality of your work in previous homes you have constructed as well examining those of your competitors. We were also greatly influenced by the stellar reputation and relationships Joyal Construction has with previous customers, subcontractors and the BBB and what we perceived would be an excellent long-term relationship we were entering into for a 10-12 month planning and building process. We certainly feel after the construction process has now been completed and we are in our new home (approximately for 1 month) that we made the absolute best decision.
The design of your home is very different from what has been traditionally built in the previous decade or so and one that we feel most professionals and people with families are looking for in today’s market. It is a very open concept design, tall ceilings with a great amount of technical and design detail. Joyal has been very easy to work with and we feel what we wanted has been addressed fairly and satisfactorily throughout the process. It is also noteworthy that Joyal Construction does something different from most other builders in that they assigned a dedicated project manager to you building project. That individual served as our one-stop point of contact regarding all aspects of our building concerns and desires for changes etc. The great thing about this liaison position is it makes it so easy to find someone to speak to and communicate your wishes to. Additionally, these individuals actually possess terrific people and communication skills versus your typical on-site building supervisor who can be difficult at times for homeowners to reach and interact with. At this point I would like to specifically acknowledge our assigned project coordinator who was Tom Hull. Tom was simply outstanding. He was always responsive, fair, kept us in the loop constantly and translated our wishes to the construction team and proper subcontractors. He also understood our unusual and unexpected personal circumstance that occurred when we were in the construction process and was very accommodating.
In summary, we were initially attracted to Joyal Construction because of their stellar reputation for high quality construction standard, unparalleled customer service, long-term customer relationships, commitment to excellence and total customer satisfaction and an incomparable pledge to stand by their product and workmanship over the long term. Thus far we have not been disappointed and will continue to assume this dedication to their customers and end-product will continue for decades to come.
Christie and I would certainly recommend to anyone building a new home in Brevard County that they meet with and strongly consider Joyal Construction for their builder. We would be very willing to personally speak with anyone who had questions about the construction process with Joyal as well as allow them to see the craftsmanship and design elements that went in to our home as well.
Once again, lease pass on our sincere appreciation to the entire team at Joyal Construction from Christie and I.
Best personal regards,
